Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of software products ("Products") from Monos Pros Monon ("we," "our," or "us"). By purchasing or using our Products, you agree to these Terms.

1. License Grant

Upon purchase of a valid license key, Monos Pros Monon grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Aletheia plugins ("Software") on up to two (2) computers owned or controlled by you, solely for your personal or internal business purposes.

2. Permitted Use

You may:

Install and use the Software on up to two (2) computers you own or control
Use the Software for personal and commercial projects
Create derivative works using the Software (e.g., graded footage)

3. Prohibited Use

You may not:

Copy, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the Software
Reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, or attempt to derive source code from the Software
Rent, lease, loan, sublicense, distribute, or transfer the Software to any third party
Share, publish, or disclose your license key to others
Remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or marks
Use the Software to develop competing products

4. Trial Mode

Without a valid license key, the Software operates in trial mode with visual watermarks on output. Trial mode is provided for evaluation purposes only and may not be used for commercial production work.

5. Intellectual Property

The Products and all associated intellectual property rights remain the exclusive property of Monos Pros Monon. Your license does not grant ownership of the Products, only the right to use them as described in these Terms.

6. Payment and Delivery

All purchases are processed through Stripe. Upon successful payment, you will receive access to download the Products. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect completed purchases.

7. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our Products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once the Products have been delivered. If you experience technical issues, please contact us at [email protected] and we will work to resolve the issue.

8. Support

We provide reasonable technical support for our Products via email. Support is limited to issues directly related to the Products and does not include general color grading instruction or third-party software troubleshooting.

9. Updates

Your license includes access to future updates of the Software at no additional cost. We are not obligated to provide updates but may do so at our discretion.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Products will meet your requirements or operate without interruption or error.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Monos Pros Monon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Products.

12. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any term of this agreement. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the Software in your possession. We may also terminate or suspend your license if fraudulent or unauthorized use is detected.

13. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the United States.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Products after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
