These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of software products ("Products") from Monos Pros Monon ("we," "our," or "us"). By purchasing or using our Products, you agree to these Terms.
These Terms cover Aletheia, Eikon and Eidolon. Each is a separate purchase unless the checkout expressly includes a bundle. A license for one product does not activate another.
Purchases are one-time payments for perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable licenses for personal and internal business use, subject to these Terms. They are not subscriptions. Perpetual refers to the license term, not a guarantee of compatibility with every future operating system or host application. Check the product page and installer requirements before purchasing.
Eikon requires internet access for activation and periodic renewal, and works offline for up to 30 days after a successful check. Eidolon has the same 30-day offline period; use Eidolon License Manager to activate and renew. Renewal of an activation does not require another purchase. Aletheia uses its own license activation process. Contact support for help with activation limits or replacing a computer.

Aletheia offers a watermarked trial for evaluation, not commercial production. Aletheia’s trial does not include Eikon or Eidolon. Any trial offered for another product is subject to the limits stated on that product’s download page; purchasing one product does not create trial or paid access to the others.
Your footage, images, LUTs and other original output remain yours. You may use and deliver output in commercial work, provided you have the necessary rights to the source material. This does not permit redistribution of the Software or its bundled proprietary assets as standalone products.
The Products and all associated intellectual property rights remain the exclusive property of Monos Pros Monon. Your license does not grant ownership of the Products, only the right to use them as described in these Terms.
All purchases are processed through Stripe. Upon successful payment, you will receive access to download the purchased product. License and installer details are delivered to the checkout email address. If delivery is missing, check spam and contact support with your order reference. The price, currency and any taxes shown at checkout apply to your order. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect completed purchases.
Due to the digital nature of our Products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once the Products have been delivered, except where required by applicable law. This policy applies to Aletheia, Eikon and Eidolon and does not limit mandatory consumer rights. A refunded purchase no longer grants a right to use the paid license. For duplicate charges, failed delivery or technical issues, please contact us at [email protected] and we will work to resolve the issue.
We provide reasonable technical support for our Products via email. Support is limited to issues directly related to the Products and does not include general color grading instruction or third-party software troubleshooting.
Your license includes access to future updates of the Software at no additional cost. We are not obligated to provide updates but may do so at our discretion.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. These Terms do not exclude warranties or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. We do not warrant that the Products will meet your requirements or operate without interruption or error.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Monos Pros Monon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Products.
This license is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any term of this agreement. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the Software in your possession. We may also terminate or suspend your license if fraudulent or unauthorized use is detected.
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the United States.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Products after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
