Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 26, 2026
Monos Pros Monon ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information
when you visit our website, purchase or activate Aletheia, Eikon or Eidolon, contact support, or use our separately offered mobile applications. Mobile-app provisions below apply only if you use those apps; they do not describe the desktop products.
1. Information We Collect
We may collect the following types of information:
- Purchase Information: Name, email address, and payment details when you buy our products. Payment processing is handled by Stripe (website) and Apple (mobile apps); we do not store your full payment card details.
- Subscription Information: When you subscribe through our mobile apps, Apple processes the payment. We receive subscription status information through RevenueCat to manage your access.
- Desktop Licenses: Product purchased, license key, order or payment reference, purchase date, license status, device identifiers and activation records. Eikon and Eidolon send a hashed machine identifier with license or activation-token information when activating, validating, renewing or deactivating. Their services record activation events and times to enforce the two-device limit and issue 30-day offline activations. Aletheia also uses license and device records to manage activation.
- Aletheia Trial: Your email address, verification status and trial signup information when you request a trial. The website stores your trial email and verification state in your browser’s local storage so you can return to the download flow.
- Contact Information: Email address and any details you provide when contacting our support.
- Technical Data: IP address, browser type, and device information collected automatically when you visit our website.
- App Usage Data: Our mobile applications may send your decision questions to our AI service to generate recommendations. We do not store or log these queries beyond what is needed to process the request.
Desktop purchase and activation flows do not require uploading your footage, stills, LUTs or project files. If you send files to support, we receive the files and information you choose to share. The mobile-app AI and subscription services described here are separate from Aletheia, Eikon and Eidolon purchases.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Process and fulfill your orders
- Deliver purchased products and license keys
- Verify purchases, manage activations and device limits, renew offline access, and investigate fraud or delivery failures
- Provide customer support
- Send transactional emails (order confirmations, product updates)
- Improve our website and products
- Comply with legal obligations
3. Legal Basis for Processing
We process your personal data based on:
- Contract Performance: To fulfill our obligations when you purchase our products
- Legitimate Interests: To improve our services and respond to inquiries
- Consent: Where you have explicitly agreed to receive communications
- Legal Compliance: To meet applicable laws and regulations
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:
- Payment Processors: Stripe (website) and Apple (mobile apps) process payments on our behalf
- Subscription Management: RevenueCat manages in-app subscription status
- AI Service Providers: Google (Gemini) processes decision queries in our mobile apps. Queries are not stored or used for training.
- Desktop Service Providers: Cloudflare hosts the website and Eikon/Eidolon licensing services; Google Sheets stores purchase and activation records; Resend delivers license and service emails. Aletheia’s purchase and licensing services also use hosting infrastructure including Vercel. Providers receive the information needed for their service.
- Other App Hosting: Railway provides API hosting for separately offered mobile services.
- Legal Authorities: When required by law
5. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as necessary to:
- Provide our services and support
- Comply with legal and accounting requirements (up to 7 years for financial records)
- Resolve disputes and enforce agreements
You may request deletion by contacting us. We may need to retain purchase or licensing records to meet legal obligations, resolve disputes or provide your ongoing license. Deleting records needed for activation may prevent us from validating or restoring access; we will explain applicable limits when responding.
6. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your data
- Object to or restrict certain processing
- Data portability
- Withdraw consent at any time
To exercise these rights, contact us at [email protected].
7. Cookies
Our site uses browser storage for functionality, including remembering Aletheia trial verification. Stripe-hosted checkout and optional Link features may use their own cookies or storage for payment, security and saved checkout details. See Stripe’s Privacy Policy for its practices. You can clear local storage in your browser; doing so may require trial verification again.
8. Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your
personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
9. International Transfers
Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own.
Our service providers may process purchase, licensing and support data internationally. Where applicable law requires transfer safeguards, we use the relevant provider’s contractual safeguards.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this
page with an updated revision date.
